THE THIRD INNOPRAKTIKA LECTURE HALL HAS OPENED IN HAINAN PROVINCE, CHINA

September 18 highlighted with opening of the Innopraktika Lecture Hall at the Hainan College of Foreign Studies. This project will make Russian culture and Russian language more comprehensible to local students and will create a unique cultural and educational space in the future.

The Memorandum of intention to open the Innopraktika Lecture Hall was signed on June 20, 2025, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) between the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education National Research University "Moscow Power Engineering Institute" and the Autonomous non-profit organization (ANO) "Art-Podgotovka."

The Opening Ceremony was attended by First Deputy General Director of the Innopraktika Company Natalia Popova, First Vice President of Gazprombank JSC Andrey Serov, First Vice President of Gazprombank JSC Vladimir Ksendzovsky, director of ANO “Art-Podgotovka” Aleksey Lebedev, Counselor of the Russian Embassy in China Igor Pozdnyakov, Representative of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science in China, President of E&A Group Limited Feng Yaou, as well as more than 20 rectors of leading universities from Russia and China, and over 300 students from the Hainan College of Foreign Studies. Chief of the Presidential Directorate for Social Projects Sergei Novikov welcomed the guests by video greetings.

The opening of the Lecture Hall aims to create a unique cultural and educational space where College students and other participants will not only be able to immerse themselves in Russian culture but also find themselves in a supportive environment with like-minded individuals, which will contribute to the expansion of their knowledge and creative development.

Innopraktika Lecture Hall in China is designed to be a multifunctional space with separate areas for learning, reading, networking, and hosting events. The Lecture Hall will feature an educational program led by professors from leading Russian universities, including courses on Russian language and literature, Russian cultural values, Russian history, and the history of Russian theater. Classes will begin this fall and will be held weekly as webinars.

The Innopraktika Lecture Hall project was initiated in 2022. On November 5, 2024, the first Innopraktika Lecture Hall officially opened in the capital of the Republic of Senegal, on the territory of the Cheikh Anta Diop University. On August 6, 2025, the second Innopraktika Lecture Hall opened at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.
